The History
Marites P. Alindogan-Garcia founded the Mariam Claire Integrated Academy. Her deep-rooted learning experiences with her four children growing up enthused and inspired her to establish the Integrated Academy named after her youngest daughter, Mariam Claire. It has been Mrs. Garcia’s passion to share what she did for her children and her students as a dedicated mother and a passionate teacher. She modeled and practiced gracious parenting and the finest teaching practices for her own children and many other children and the parents that she could reach.
Mrs. Garcia always has high expectations from her students, which pave the way for inspiration and challenges in a realistic and attainable degree. She also knows that children love different challenges in order to achieve, as proven by researches.
Mrs. Garcia was noted to be a natural-born leader by administrators and colleagues both in the Philippines and the United States. She practices “servant leadership”; where she loves to SERVE – See the future, Engage and develop others, Reinvent continuously, Value results and healthy relationships, and Embody the values.
